Rest Day Have I ever mentioned how much I enjoy rest & recovery day each week? Every Monday, I take a full day off from any type of exercise, running included.  If you’re a regular reader (sincere thanks!) then you know a new post comes out at the beginning of each week – I use my rest day to write and post to this blog.
